WHAT IS YOUR LATE POLICY ON APPOINTMENTS?

We allow a 10-minute grace period for hair services appointments. If you show up more than 10-minutes late for your appointment you are considered as a walk-in and we can take you in when the next stylist becomes available. We can also offer you a quick dry service where we can throw in curls or waves with hot tools.

 

HOW LONG DOES A BLOWOUT TAKE?

An appointment for a blowout takes approximately 45 minutes. NOTE: If you have extensions or extra thick/long hair please let us know so that we can make sure to give you additional time if needed.

 

HOW LONG DOES A BLOWOUT LAST?

A blow out can last up to 5 days or a full whole week as some of our clients say! However, it does depend on your hair type, texture, or style. Most blow outs usually last about 2-3 days.

 

HOW LONG DOES A BLOW OUT AND MAKE-UP APPLICATION TAKE?

It takes about 90 minutes for both make-up and a blowout.

 

ABOUT HAIR EXTENSIONS & BLOWOUTS!

Every single stylist is well trained in every kind of hair extensions. If you would like to add on clip in extensions or request customized extensions please let us know upon booking. Customized clip in extensions must come in for a consultation before they are made. If you also have hair extensions in your hair please let us know in advance because it takes longer to blowout. It is an extra $20 and up depending on how much hair. NOTE: Stylist are not responsible for extensions that come loose or become damaged during wash or blowout. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO A MAKEUP SERVICE?

Makeup services take about 30-60 minutes depending on how natural or dramatic you would like your makeup application.

 

IS SALON BIOLOGY AN ALL SERVICE SALON?

Yes, we are an all service salon. We do color, cuts, blowouts, threading, and make-up services.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO THREAD BROWS?

It takes about 30 min to get your eyebrows threaded to perfection.

 

HOW LONG WILL I BE RED AFTER THREADING?

It takes about 5-15 minutes until the redness goes down in most cases. We use ointments that help kill bacteria and calm the skin down.

 

WILL I BREAKOUT FROM THREADING?

Threading has no chemicals involved in most cases our clients do not break out. NOTE: Thread specialist is not responsible to any skin irritations or breakouts after threading. 

 

CAN I THREAD IF I AM ON ACUTANE OR RETIN-A?

Yes, you can because there are no chemicals involved and threading is very gentle on the skin.

 

WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY AN ORGANIC SALON?

It means that we use only ORGANIC and NATURAL products and color. For example, we do not do brazilian blow outs. We use an organic straightening system that has no chemicals that can affect your health. Even our complimentary beverage menu is organic!

 

WHERE IS OUR FREE PARKING?

Our FREE parking is located underneath Sprouts in their underground parking lot.

 

RETURN POLICY ON PRODUCTS?

Clients are welcomes to return unused products within 14 days of purchase.
